> Canadian Citizen-Canadian Plated
No paperwork is required; customs clearance will proceed upon arrival.
> Canadian Citizen-US Plated
1. Original title - must be obtained form the Department of Motor Vehicles in the state that the vehicle was registered & plated in. We require a faxed copy to send to the Port of Entry 72 hours prior to the driver's arrival. The ORIGINAL must be in the vehicle during transport.
2. Copy of the Canadian registration or Bill of Sale.
> Canadian Citizen-US Plated Vehicle, purchased in the US (while owner on US work permit)
Original title must be in the vehicle during transport. We require a faxed copy to send to the Port of Entry 72 hours prior to the driver's arrival. If there is a lien on a vehicle additional paperwork is required.
If there is a lien on your vehicle we require:
1. A notarized "copy" of the title from the lien holder or notarized print screen from the state DMV.
2. A notarized ORIGINAL letter from the lien holder stating that the vehicle can be imported to Canada.
3. ORIGINAL Recall Letter from the Manufacturer - stating your vehicle does not have any recalls or if it does/has had - they have been completed.

> US Citizen-US vehicle
Original title must be in the vehicle during transport. We require a faxed copy to send to the Port of Entry 72 hours prior to the driver's arrival. If there is a lien on a vehicle additional paperwork is required.
If there is a lien on your vehicle we require:
1. A notarized "copy" of the title from the lien holder
2. A notarized ORIGINAL letter from the lien holder stating that the vehicle can be in Canada for the length of their stay (letter must be specific).
Note: vehicles cannot be sold or disposed of in Canada; they must be returned to the US upon expiration of your work permit.
