MONDAY: SUN SAFETY
Erin & Laura for reminded us about the health dangers of being out in the sun without protection!
TUESDAY: Calgary staff and crew enjoyed a hot breakfast and a presentation by Ryder. Congratulations to Gord Denton, who won the GPS system donated by Ryder.
WEDNESDAY: FITNESS AT WORK
With the help of Jennifer from Delta Parks & Rec. & Tara from Alberta Fitness Leaders Assoc., Shelby & Lyndsie were able to teach us some good techniques to keep limber through the day, as well as the importance of keeping fit. Congratulations to Ray, Malena, and Dustin who won $25 gift cards to Sport Check for their participation and enthusiasm!
THURSDAY: EMERGENCY PREPARADNESS PROCEEDURES
Christina and George for reminding us all about QMM’s emergency procedures for everything from fires to bomb threats! Congratulations to those lucky participants whose quick answering got them a chance to spin the wheel and earn some prizes.
FRIDAY: RYDER & DRIVING SAFELY
Friday in Vancouver began with a hot breakfast and a presentation by Ryder, followed by a BBQ lunch prepared by Kevin and Tim. George lead Calgary’s morning with a talk on driving safely. Congratulations to Sylvia who won the GPS donated by Ryder!
