QMM named the "Cross Border Agent of the Year" for Allied Van Lines

VP Operations Tim Nager and Local Operations Manager (Calgary) George Bealy Jr. attended the Operations Conference in Chicago February 20 to 22 and brought back some exciting news: QMM was named the "Cross Border Agent of the Year" for Allied Van Lines. Here’s an excerpt from the press release:
“We are proud to recognize Quality Move Management for its consistent, high-quality moving services and unwavering commitment to providing superior customer service,” said Bill Lyon, Vice President and General Manager of Allied Van Lines. “Receiving this award is a direct reflection of the Company’s outstanding group of employees and its strong management team, all of whom should be very proud of this accomplishment.”
Quality Move Management handled over 1250 moves in 2008 and achieved a score of 4.6 (out of a possible 5.0), placing them first in overall customer satisfaction among the more than 500 Allied Van Line agents. Quality Move Management was officially recognized in mid-February at Allied’s 2009 convention in Chicago, IL.
