Calgary Mover Review, Reviewed by Barry Throness on 07/28/2011 . This was the first move I have experienced so I was unsure what to expect, but I have to say that the job Chris Snow and the others at QMM performed was amazing. Professional and courteous to say the least, truly a pleasure, from the packing and loading that Chris and Matt did, to the unloading and helping us get set up in our new home that Brent did - thanks a million guys!! Vancouver Mover Review, Reviewed by Kathleen Bilodeau on 06/24/2011 . BEST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER!! We have moved 3 times in 5 years and the treatment we received with Chris Snow and his colleague Ryan were unmatched. They were professional yet charming, efficient yet meticulous, caring, polite, thorough and very customer service oriented. Chris treated our belongings as if each and every piece were a precious work of art. Nothing was damaged. Nothing was marked. Chris and Lyndsie made sure that I knew about every detail and step of the process of the move down to emails and calls and check in's and follow ups to be sure we were pleased and if there was ANYTHING that they could do/have done to make it better. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to relocate. In fact I would encourage you too seek them out... they are the best in this business. Rating: 5
Calgary Mover Review, Reviewed by Jacquie Mecklenborg on 06/02/2011 . Due to job transfers, our family has been professionally moved at least nine times now. We have experienced a pretty full range of service levels through the years. So when I say this latest move from Ontario to Alberta was one of the best, you can believe I know what I am talking about! My high rating is linked to two very efficient and personable people: Darci Janes, Customer Service Specialist with Quality Move Management / Allied International & our van driver/crew chief Clayton Burnett. Darci stayed on top of things by phone and email, and Clayton picked fantastic guys to assist him for both the packing and unloading end of things. We really enjoyed all the friendly banter that went on while our belongings were treated to some very special (and much appreciated) packing techniques. Rating: 5
Edmonton Mover Review, Reviewed by Christine and Mike Doll on 05/26/2011 . This was our first experience with using movers. Because my husband got transferred, we had a packing service which was a new experience for us as well. It felt so odd to be sitting on our couch relaxing while three men packed up our entire house in a little over one day. We were so impressed with our driver, Chris Snow. He was extremely friendly and professional and polite. He mentioned he had been in the business for 15 years, and it showed. He had such a wonderful personality, I just can't say how impressed I was with his manner and how personable he was with us. We were relocating about 580 kms and they managed to deliver our truck full the very next day so we only had to stay elsewhere the same night we left our previous home. When they arrived, there was a team of about 9 guys who unloaded the truck for us. I stood on the step and directed them where most of the boxes went. Most of them were quite friendly and I felt like they actually cared about us and wanted to know us a little bit and asked us a few questions about where we came from etc. It made me feel like we were more than just a job to them, more than them just showing up to cart boxes off of a truck and into a house. I was amazed watching Chris in the truck direct the men, some of the furniture items were wrapped in furniture blankets and the shapes were completely unrecognizable to me, but Chris knew exactly what each item was and was telling the guys where to put them. I was amazed at him! The topping on the cake was the fact that they assembled our kitchen table and all of our beds. What a wonderful perk - we were able to stop unpacking to eat and actually could sit at our table, and then could unpack until we literally fell into bed. I would highly recommend Allied. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because we can't find our coffee machine and have unpacked all the boxes that were delivered to the kitchen. I am certain it is not lost, it is probably an unmarked box or is put in the basement where the majority of the boxes got put. Apart from that minor glitch, I was highly impressed, especially with Chris. Rating: 4
