“John was assigned by QMM to move my family and I from Kansas City to Ottawa this spring. He was extremely personable to work with and had a sincere desire to take care of our needs. Always prompt and a good communicator, John kept us updated on the evolving nature of our move (during COVID), and if he didn’t know the answer, he quickly leveraged his points of contact to keep us updated and informed. The teams he hired were also quite efficient and he supervised them well ensuring our furniture and effects were well taken care of. Overall, John is a great guy, works hard, and cares about his customers. This was my fifth move with the Canadian Armed Forces, and it was by far, the best move I have ever experienced. I would certainly recommend him to anyone. “
