Embracing Diverse Communities

At Quality Move Management Inc., our approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is deeply rooted in community engagement. We are steadfast in our dedication to ongoing learning, improvement, and the dissemination of knowledge within our communities. Our commitment extends to actively contributing to positive societal impact, particularly through support for organizations aligned with our values. Noteworthy examples of our support include organizations such as ‘Women on Wings’, ‘Youth Empowerment and Support Service’, and ‘Rainbow Railroad’, among others.

How we support diversity and inclusion

The implementation of our ‘QMM Elevate Program’ refl ects our unwavering commitment to continual promotion, representation, and recognition of diversity. This initiative has been introduced to facilitate the acknowledgment and representation of small, diverse, and minority-owned businesses in our communities, therefore fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. Through active engagement with local business owners and their products, we aim to contribute to the support and growth of a diverse business community.

To date, we take great pride in our support of Indigenous-owned businesses across the four communities where our QMM branches are located. Notable examples include Bannock Queen Bakery in our Vancouver branch, Grey Eagle Restaurant in our Calgary branch, The Kitchen Restaurant - River Cree in our Edmonton branch, and Birch Bark Coff ee Company in our Toronto branch.
