Every year QMM conducts a Corporate Account Satisfaction Survey in order to gather much-needed feedback on our service delivery from our client’s perspective. QMM’s notable client base represents a diverse cross-section of North America’s top companies including leaders from Energy, Mining, Forestry, Construction, Retail, High-Tech, Professional Services, Post-Secondary and even Professional Sports.
Our 2017 results showed a spectacular overall score of 98%. This translates to an 8% improvement over our 2016 score, which is even more impressive considering these results were achieved in a growth environment that was highlighted by the opening of our new operation in Toronto.
